- We have used the abstract provided in the original article, only adding links to it. The question how abstracts can be improved, in particular in an electronic and modular environment, is addressed in [Van der Tol, 1999].
- Because the abstract provides an important overview of the article as a whole, we have created a starting point of the essay-type in this moduile, in addition to the starting point at `the top of the article', in the module Meta-information m1.
